Database Creation
We can build a file from various input sources such as hard copy for data entry, magnetic

List Maintenance
After we build your file, we can update it at your convenience (usually monthly, quarterly) by processing adds, deletes and changes, updating history and donor information and providing reports to track your activity. We'll work with you in an effort to design and implement whatever data you want to maintain for your file.

File Conversion
We'll reformat your file to our standard layout and provide you with the following options to use in processing your data: Name parsing, fixed fielding, upper/lower case, city/state/zip parsing, address standardization, zip code correction, file clean up, state verification, gender coding, ethnic coding, phone appending and salutation coding.

Merge/Purge
We can process one or more lists at a time and determine the elimination of duplicate names which gives you the ability to ensure the deliverability of only one piece of mail to a consumer or business location. This will help you avoid spending extra money on postage and keep the postal patron from being inundated with duplicate mail.
