Strategic Planning was founded in 1989 by Michael D. Dawidziak. Mike
spent fifteen years working in the political services/data processing
areas developing routines, files and products. After being a consultant,
list vendor and data processing services provider for the successful 1988
Bush-Quayle Presidential race, Mike decided to start his own company and
incorporated Strategic Planning.
Mike was joined in this venture as principals of the company by John
Panagia and Aileen Dawidziak, his sister. John's reputation in the computer
and direct mail industry as a systems analyst and software designer was
and is sterling. Aileen, as a pioneer in the computer generated laser
image field, brings a wide range of technical creativity to the company.
Starting out in offices of 4,000 square feet in Ronkonkoma, New York
with a staff of five people, Strategic steadily built a solid reputation
for quality and reliability. Working for many companies and campaigns
(including three presidentials) Strategic Planning consistently distinguished
itself as an invaluable resource. After five years at its original location,
the company moved to larger and better equipped offices in Bohemia, New
York. For eight years the company has consistently showed a profit while
keeping quality at its highest level.
